Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager

Lead the AR/AP team at Amir Group of Companies. Ensure accurate financial operations and mentor a skilled finance team in a high-volume food industry environment.

As an Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager, you will oversee a seven-member team in the Finance & Accounting department. Reporting directly to the Controller, your focus will be on effective management of all accounts receivable and payable functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a demanding consumer food context and values team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach the AR/AP team for performance

• Set team goals and KPIs, monitor progress

• Oversee the accounts payable cycle and vendor relations

• Manage customer invoicing and collections strategies

• Review financial reports and support month-end processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA designation or active CPA enrollment required

• 5+ years in AR/AP, 2+ in management

• Experience in high-volume food industry

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
