Position: Senior Financial Analyst for FP&A
Shape the future of financial strategy as a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A at Vaco by Highspring, operating 2-3 days per week in Vaughan.

Your role will be pivotal in understanding business performance through financial analysis.

In this 16-month contract, you are expected to lead comprehensive financial reporting and influence budgeting processes. Partner with various business units to ensure accuracy in forecasting while developing detailed analytical models that support strategic initiatives. Your analytical insights will guide leadership's decision-making process and identify key growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of financial and operational reports

• Manage forecasting processes and ensure timely submissions

• Develop financial models supporting strategic business initiatives

• Analyze key performance indicators and trends

• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Accounting

• 5-15 years’ experience in FP&A roles

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
