Position: Strategic Controller at Rocketline
Step into the pivotal Controller role at Rocketline, where you will transform our financial operations. This onsite position focuses on strategic oversight, operational partnership, and process enhancement.

As the Controller, you will be a key member of Rocketline’s leadership, liaising with the CEO and various functional areas. Your hands-on approach will ensure financial accuracy and drive operational efficiency. It’s more than just managing numbers; you’ll contribute to shaping our future through actionable insights and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct complete accounting practices including month-end procedures

• Oversee financial forecasting and variance analysis

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and report generation

• Enhance internal controls and maintain audit readiness

• Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing teams for financial success

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of comprehensive accounting experience

• Familiarity with distribution or manufacturing sectors

• Strong ERP knowledge; preference for Net Suite experience

• Advanced Excel skills and financial analytical capabilities

• Experience mentoring or leading a small team
