Wealth Management Associate Program is a salaried development program aimed at developing sales and entrepreneurial‑minded individuals into a Wealth Advisory role. The program offers a strong foundation in financial planning, relationship building, and client discovery‑skills that are highly valued in Advisory careers.
Qualifications- You’re completing an undergraduate or master’s degree by January 2027, or you are a recent graduate with less than 5 years of experience and have developed a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
- You’re excited about building a long‑term career in Wealth Advisory.
- You’re naturally curious, thoughtful, and collaborative, and you enjoy solving problems that matter to people.
- You bring strong relationship‑building skills and enjoy connecting with others.
- You have strong communication skills—listening, asking great questions, and expressing ideas clearly.
- You’re adaptable, open to feedback, and motivated to grow.
- You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- You’re entrepreneurial‑minded and energized by helping clients navigate important life decisions in a sales advisory capacity.
- You remain positive and resilient when faced with challenges.
- You have relationship management skills; the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative client and internal/external partner relationships.
- You can demonstrate an ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus.
