What you will accomplish with us:
Strategic Agility
Collaborate with your supervisor to assess margin increase requests
Approve credit-limit exceptions using sound analysis and business judgment
Operational Excellence
Manage and collect receivables for your assigned territory
Release orders for inventory-ready items
Reconcile customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner
Autonomy & Impact
Generate and interpret credit reports to guide business decisions
Resolve escalated or sensitive collection cases independently, as financial analyst
Human-Centered Communication
Act as a respectful and trusted liaison between internal sales teams and customers
Manage communications with professionalism and empathy
What You Bring to Our Team:
Secondary School Diploma or College degree in business, accounting, or office admin
5 years of experience in a similar credit or collections role, in a commercial environment, or as a Financial analyst
Experience with accounting/ERP software is a strong asset
A detail-oriented mindset, a steady hand, and a tactful voice
Compensation Information
Base Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
Supplemental Pay Types:
Annual bonus
The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
