As the first point of contact, the Receptionist is a highly visible role responsible for greeting and directing clients, taking and relaying messages, and responding to client requests to support Scotia Wealth Management’s multiple business lines and Bank Partners.

In the role you will:

Create a positive and welcoming first impression representing Scotia Wealth Management (SWM).

Contribute to the effective operation of the SWM office.

Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships.
