As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout their experience.
Your role includes triaging customers, identifying sales opportunities, and effectively communicating banking solutions. Strong technical abilities will allow you to promote digital banking options while building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a lobby leader for customer engagement
• Facilitate account openings and process GICs
• Educate customers on digital banking applications
• Strengthen customer relationships through dedicated service
• Simplify complicated banking concepts for clients
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the banking sector
• Skilled at conducting simple sales and marketing
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Deep knowledge of digital/self-service banking
• Strong willingness to achieve and deliver in team settings
