Position: Westlake Financial Manager Role
Step into a leadership role at Westlake as the Manager of Accounting, where you will strategically oversee financial operations for the Distribution sector. Focus on budgeting, forecasting, and team management.

In this role, you will be the Finance Leader responsible for financial accountability and compliance within the organization. Managing day-to-day finance activities, you'll collaborate closely with the General Manager, ensuring accurate financial metrics and maintaining robust internal controls. Your leadership will illuminate paths for continuous improvement and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily Finance Department activities

• Prepare and present monthly financial reports

• Ensure compliance with Westlake Accounting Policies

• Actively participate in corporate accounting and audit support

• Manage special projects as needed

Requirements:

• B.S. in Accounting plus 10+ years of relevant experience

• CPA certification and/or Master’s degree required

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially JDE and SAP BPC

• Previous supervisory experience is a must

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with database experience
