In this role, you will collaborate with brokers and insurance companies, maintaining essential records in Wealth Serv and resolving discrepancies as they arise. Your contribution is vital for smooth transfer workflows, enhancing operational efficiency within the Contracting and Transfer team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process block transfer and Reassignment agreements
• Maintain broker data and transfer records diligently
• Build strong relationships with insurance providers
• Follow up on transfer requests to ensure timeliness
• Support investigation efforts and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• Attention to detail and data accuracy commitment
• Proven relationship-building skills with partners
• Experience in financial services, MGA, or contracting
• Familiarity with Wealth Serv or similar software is preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
