In your role reporting to the CFO, you will spearhead financial analysis and reporting efforts. Your tasks will include building complex financial models using Power BI and analyzing operational data to track performance. Your insights will guide executive teams and help optimize service delivery in multi-family renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on financial performance against forecasts
• Analyze budget variances and prepare management reports
• Collaborate with leadership on business strategy initiatives
• Develop financial models for decision support
• Analyze market trends to direct financial growth
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant financial analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• Knowledge of construction industry operations
• Expertise in Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
