Position: Accounts Payable Analyst at Lankin Investments

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will take charge of timely accounts payable operations. Your experience in accounts payable or general accounting will help you review invoices, manage payments, and assist with month-end tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process invoices ensuring deadlines are met

• Execute semi-monthly cheque runs and various payment types

• Manage accounts payable mailboxes for timely responses

• Support vendor management and resolve discrepancies

• Collaborate with other departments for account payable support

Requirements:

• University or college education in business or accounting

• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience

• Strong understanding of full cycle accounts payable

• Experience with Yardi or similar ERP platforms

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
