As a key member of the Finance Operations team, you will help drive financial accuracy by collecting and analyzing data related to transactions and accounts.
Your role involves ensuring compliance and transparency through effective R2R practices. Effective communication with both peers and management is essential as you manage financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile all balance sheet accounts accurately
• Analyze complex financial data and propose solutions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve objectives
• Engage with supervisory staff regularly
• Manage projects or team efforts where applicable
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom)
• Between 7 to 11 years of finance experience
• Expertise in Record to Report processes
• Familiarity with Black Line concepts and workflows
• Ability to adjust to workload changes
