In this role, you will work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure the smooth management of client portfolios. Your responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, managing onboarding processes, and reviewing client documentation. By implementing best practices and process improvements, you will contribute to both client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide dedicated client service support for Relationship Managers
• Coordinate account setup and client onboarding
• Prepare detailed client reports and communications
• Liaise with internal partners to meet client needs
• Identify opportunities for improving client processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
• Minimum of two years' experience in finance
• Strong client relationship skills
• Familiarity with Scotia Wealth services and products
• Effective in supporting marketing and business strategies
