Position: Experienced Finance Director Role
Lead the financial strategy at Vaco by Highspring as the Director of Finance and IT. This 6-month contract integrates finance, compliance, and technology management.

Vaco by Highspring is looking for an experienced Director of Finance and IT to ensure effective financial stewardship within the organization. Collaborating with executive leadership and the Board, you will guide financial oversight, compliance, and the implementation of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct financial planning, forecasting, and reporting

• Ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements

• Supervise full-cycle accounting and month-end procedures

• Lead and develop the Finance and IT teams

• Engage with external stakeholders and funding agencies

Requirements:

• Must have a CPA designation

• 8+ years in finance with leadership experience

• Familiarity with non-profit financial models

• Knowledge of ERP/accounting software is essential

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
