Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation and posting of payroll-related journal entries

• Conduct monthly payroll variance analyses with stakeholders

• Oversee salary and benefit account reconciliations

• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

• Support quarterly audit requests and departmental coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and CPA designation required

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Familiarity with People Soft, SAP, or Workday preferred

• Exceptional organizational and collaborative abilities
