DFC is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor I to support Lithia Stores. This position involves reviewing loan packets swiftly, ensuring compliance, and verifying employment and insurance for collateral. You will also manage dealer communications and provide quality service to borrowers, contributing to excellent processing metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review new deal packets and identify funding delays

• Document all communications with dealers and borrowers

• Complete employer and insurance verification

• Meet daily processing metrics consistently

• Handle escalated loan inquiries professionally

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient with MS Office applications

• Experience in loan processing is preferred

• High School diploma or equivalent required
