In this full-time role within the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will be the first point of contact, enhancing the client experience from the moment they enter the banking center. Use your financial knowledge to assist clients with everyday banking needs and connect them with the right team members. Your problem-solving skills and technology expertise will play a vital role in delivering value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients to understand immediate banking needs
• Connect clients to appropriate CIBC team members
• Utilize financial product knowledge to provide assistance
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Take accountability for resolving client issues
Requirements:
• Strong customer engagement and problem-solving skills
• Experience in branch banking or similar environments
• Familiarity with financial services products
• Ability to adapt to new technology and tools
