Financial Services Advisor responsibilities include understanding Member financial needs, providing advice and recommendations, managing portfolios, and meeting sales goals. They collaborate with Wealth, Small Business, and Mobile Mortgage Specialists to deliver member‑centric solutions. The advisor focuses on member experience, revenue generation, product promotion, and compliance.

• Deliver exceptional member experience and provide investment advice.
• Approve or recommend credit products within approval limits.
• Open new member accounts and support virtual technology platforms.
• Engage in sales‑based activities to meet performance objectives.
• Resolve issues at first contact and refer complex concerns appropriately.
• Maintain compliance, confidentiality, and accurate record‑keeping.

Education and experience:

• Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience (≥3 years) in a financial services sales environment.
• MFDA licensing required.

• Salary range: CAD $52,000 – $78,000 annually.
