We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team. You will focus on applying customer payments accurately and resolving discrepancies efficiently. This position requires expert collaboration with teams like Accounts Receivable to ensure timely processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply various payment methods for customer transactions

• Identify and correct unallocated payment issues

• Reconcile accounts and manage returned items

• Support month-end closing and documentation

• Communicate with internal stakeholders for payment clarity

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant finance experience

• Strong proficiency with EFT and credit card systems

• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

• Capable of multitasking in a busy environment

• Familiar with audit compliance and reporting
