Leveraging over 10 years of experience, you will identify opportunities that enhance business performance, improve cash conversion, and streamline financial processes within the service and facilities management realm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and ensure the accuracy of P&L performance

• Monitor and analyze financial and commercial metrics

• Lead the annual budget process and rolling forecasts

• Collaborate on cross-business financial initiatives

• Coach a dedicated cost control team for optimal support

Requirements:

• CPA or finance-related degree required

• At least 10 years in finance, preferably in construction

• Proven success in leading operational finance partnerships

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with financial modeling and performance management
