As a Bilingual Credit Analyst, you will support credit and collections activities while developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Your experience will help analyze customer creditworthiness, recommend terms, and ensure accurate management of customer accounts within SAP. You will also monitor payment trends and collaborate on credit-related issue resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections and customer receivables for assigned portfolio

• Analyze customer creditworthiness and set recommended limits

• Maintain comprehensive customer credit files in SAP

• Review payment trends and credit risk indicators

• Collaborate to resolve credit-related issues with teams

Requirements:

• Degree or certificate in Business or related field

• Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)

• Minimum 6 months commercial credit experience

• Preferred SAP experience

• Strong analytical and communication skills
