In this role, you'll verify client documents, conduct risk assessments, and assist with ongoing compliance monitoring. Your work will help ensure that regulatory requirements such as FINTRAC, AML, and KYC are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer onboarding and manage client applications

• Verify documentation and perform initial KYC checks

• Conduct client risk assessments and ongoing monitoring

• Respond to inquiries and maintain comprehensive client records

• Assist with compliance tools like Sum Sub and daily operations

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in financial services or compliance

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs and compliance tools

• Eligibility to work in Canada and available on-site in Vaughan
