This Full-Time, Permanent Financial Analyst position at Shawflex, located in Toronto or Vaughan, Ontario, focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis. You will engage in month-end close activities, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and support audit requirements. Collaborate with teams to refine financial processes for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post month-end journal entries

• Perform balance sheet analysis and reconciliations

• Maintain fixed asset records in the ERP system

• Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts

• Support internal and external audit activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1-3 years in financial analysis or accounting

• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required

• Ability to manage tight deadlines with accuracy
