This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Richmond Hill, ON. The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of vehicle financing and leasing, including structuring deals, securing approvals with lenders, and presenting finance and insurance options to guests in a transparent, compliant manner. The role includes preparing and reviewing finance documents, ensuring accuracy of contracts, and coordinating with sales and accounting teams to support smooth deal flow and timely funding.
The Finance Manager will analyze credit applications, optimize lending terms, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and warranty partners. Additional responsibilities include monitoring finance performance metrics, adhering to regulatory and dealership policies, and supporting an exceptional guest experience throughout the purchase and delivery process.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in automotive finance, lending, credit analysis, or a related financial services role.
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing finance, lease, and insurance documentation with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, privacy laws, and compliance standards related to automotive financing and F&I products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and guest-service skills, with the ability to explain complex financial options in clear, accessible language.
- Proven ability to collaborate with sales, service, and accounting teams in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort using dealership management systems (DMS), CRM tools, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email platforms).
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in an automotive dealership finance office or F&I environment is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Maple, ON, including evenings and weekends as business needs require.
