Analyst FP&A Improvement and Reporting

Advance your career as an Analyst specializing in FP&A and Continuous Improvement, focusing on financial reporting and business process enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve organizational efficiency.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A and Transformation in the Corporate Accounting department, playing a key role in supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. Your responsibilities will involve enhancing Yardi ABF systems and contributing to thorough financial analyses. Effective communication and collaboration with business teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts

• Review financial variances and performance analysis

• Maintain Yardi ABF and develop reporting dashboards

• Lead initiatives for accounting system improvements

• Support management with ad hoc financial analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

• Strong real estate accounting practices knowledge

• Skilled in financial reporting tools and techniques

• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork

• Familiarity with problem-solving analytical methods
