As CFO, you’ll play a vital role in developing a strong finance function aligned with the company’s growth ambitions. Your responsibilities include delivering timely financial reporting, enhancing internal controls, and preparing for an external audit. Collaborate closely with the CEO and stakeholders to drive effective decisions that impact pricing, profitability, and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance financial reporting and internal controls

• Prepare the organization for external audit readiness

• Provide insights on costing and profitability metrics

• Lead a disciplined FP&A function for impactful analytics

• Build and develop a high-performing finance team

Requirements:

• Senior finance leadership experience in product-based sectors

• Proven expertise in costing and margin analysis

• History of finance transformation and process efficiency

• Experience with audits and ERP systems

• CPA designation is a must
