In this position, you will oversee a designated portfolio of accounts while conducting regular analyses on receivables and customer payment habits. Your insights will directly contribute to improving the efficiency of the A/R portfolio and enhancing departmental processes. A strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration is essential to support inter-departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on Credit Services productivity metrics

• Conduct portfolio risk analysis and receivables efficiency reviews

• Set up new accounts and manage customer records

• Perform quality audits to improve departmental workflows

• Generate credit line review reports for customers

Requirements:

• BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience

• 2-5 years in a credit or finance-related role

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
