Join Mattr in Toronto as a Senior FP&A Analyst, contributing to strategic finance initiatives in a hybrid work model. Your insights will drive informed business decisions.
In this senior role, you will partner with the CFO and senior leadership, supporting complex forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting workflows. You will leverage your analytical expertise to provide insights that influence key decisions across the organization while improving financial planning processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate financial inputs and validate underlying assumptions
• Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance metrics
• Aid in earnings preparation and management discussions
• Build relationships for effective data-driven decision-making
• Streamline reporting processes for better accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 3-5 years in FP&A or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel proficiency required
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems
• Strong communication skills for presentations
