Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train Food and Beverage staff effectively

• Ensure guests are greeted and served professionally

• Manage stock levels and place supply orders

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Food and Beverage

• Supervisory experience required in hotel settings

• Degree in Food and Beverage Management preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be available for evenings and weekends
