About

the Role

We are seeking a Talent Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Vaughan location.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and property-level roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment guidance
  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens and interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive new-hire experience
  • Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records
  • Assist with employment contracts, offer letters, and background checks
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as needed
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems is an asset
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or a multi-site organization is an asset
