HR Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a team-oriented and approachable individual who can effectively multitask with a heightened focus on the employee experience. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various engagement opportunities and providing support to employees and working directly with the HRBP.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Qualifications
· Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
· 2+ years of HR coordination with payroll processing experience
· Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Discreet handling of confidential information
· Proven ability to work urgently and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Proficient in all MS Office applications
Compensation and Benefits:
This is a new opportunity with a growing company including a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 and offers a comprehensive rewards and wellbeing package, including a target incentive bonus up to 9%, pension matching up to 7%, generous paid time off, summer Friday half-days, and industry-leading parental, caregiver, volunteer, and wellness leave.
