Job Summary:
The Corporate Human Resources Manager
- Fluids will be a true generalist who will deliver
exceptional service to the Fluids Business Unit.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for the design, implementation, coordination and administration of policies and procedures related to all phases of Human Resources activitiesCollect and analyze HR and safety metricsEnsure all HR and safety apps are updated correctly and on-timeCorporate recruiting, assist plants as neededOnboarding for Corporate staffCreate and update job descriptions as requiredAssist with immigration and relocation as neededPerformance appraisal trackingAssist with training for Corporate and plants as neededAssist with succession planning and IDP'sMonth-end reportingManage and track employee headcount/manning reportsLiaison with various governmental bodies and legal community in relation to the administration of Human Resources activities as requiredCompliance with Company policies concerning applicable lawsAdministrative duties and all other duties as assignedRequired
Education and Experience:
College degree in Human Resources Management or similar field; or equivalent Human Resources experience;
Human Resources designation preferredMinimum 5 years Human Resources Generalist experience in manufacturing industry; minimum 3 years at manager levelCHRL/CHRP designation would be an assetProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong communicator in the English language, both written and verbalStrong knowledge of payroll and benefits administrationExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and problem solving skillsStrong knowledge of workplace legislation, employment law and complianceAbility to interact with the Management Team in a professional manner to continually enhance the Company's performanceAbility to work independently without supervision and with minimum directionFamiliar with the Occupational Health and Safety Acts and regulationsBenefits:
