** Your Responsibilities
*** Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, retailers, and business partners
* Lead and coach a team of 2–3 Territory Managers to drive performance and engagement
* Collaborate with marketing to implement promotional campaigns and ensure brand consistency
* Oversee compliance with MCA agreements and manage regional budgets effectively
* Identify and implement process improvements for internal and external operations
* Represent Miele at trade shows and participate in international travel as required
** What we are looking for someone with:
*** Minimum 5 years of account management or retail sales leadership experience
* Experience with high-end or luxury brands preferred
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to travel within Canada and internationally
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and trade shows
* Strong analytical skills, quickly identify risks, and possess a good understanding of complex interrelationships
* A keen sense for efficient business processes, and thinks entrepreneurially and is solution-oriented
* Someone who can present results in a structured and persuasive manner

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 annually. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer.
