Member Experience & Retention Coordinator – Make an Impact in the Jewish Community!

Join the JCC as our Member Experience & Retention Coordinator at the SRC, where you’ll lead a dynamic front-line team, create exceptional service experiences, and help foster a warm, welcoming, and connected community. What You’ll Do:

Member Experience & Engagement

  • Deliver exceptional service that creates welcoming, memorable experiences for members and guests
  • Promote Jewish culture while fostering an inclusive, connected community
  • Coach and support front-line staff in engagement and relationship-building best practices

  • Team Leadership & Staffing

  • Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and evaluate Membership Experience Associates
  • Build a high-performing, professional, and customer-focused team
  • Ensure clear communication, policy adherence, and consistency across service desks
  • Operations & Scheduling

  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure consistent desk coverage
  • Monitor attendance and reliability; provide hands-on support and work desk shifts as needed
  • Member Retention & Issue Resolution

  • Support retention efforts through proactive member outreach and engagement
  • Serve as the first point of escalation during shifts, leading conflict resolution and de-escalation
  • Track and document incidents and trends using Club Automation
  • Facility & Environment Oversight

  • Assist with facility walk-throughs and report maintenance needs
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all service areas
  • Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks (guest passes, check-ins, cards, waivers)
  • Support updates to policies and procedures as operational needs evolve
