• Lead team meetings on capacity planning and resource allocation
• Monitor performance management and skill development
• Organize coverage for field staff absences
Requirements:
• Experience in health care operations management
• Proven leadership skills with team development focus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to report on performance and metrics
• Willingness to provide on-call support
