Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead the implementation of robust quality frameworks, ensuring patient-centered care has the utmost priority. Your leadership will guide the nursing and personal support teams towards best practices, while you facilitate continuous improvement efforts. Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to achieve the organization's strategic goals while enhancing staff performance and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives in care settings
• Oversee accreditation processes and site compliance
• Collaborate on strategic quality discussions
• Manage performance evaluations and staff training
• Prepare regular quality and safety reports
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Nursing or Health Care Management
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ontario
• 5-7 years of managerial experience in healthcare
• Expertise in older adult care needs
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
