Lead gym operations as a General Manager for Taymax Group in Scarborough, ON. Shape a positive fitness culture while ensuring an exceptional member experience.

As a General Manager, you will oversee gym operations while creating a welcoming community under the “Judgement Free” brand. Your responsibilities include managing a diverse team, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining facility standards. You will be the driving force behind quality training and development for staff, as well as effective administration of club operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and develop a high-performing team of staff

• Maintain scheduling and coverage for all shifts

• Greet members and ensure top-notch customer service

• Monitor cleanliness and safety of the facility

• Implement and track marketing campaigns

Requirements:

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma/GED

• 1-3 years in a management position preferred

• Strong coaching and leadership capabilities

• Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office

• Must have reliable means of transportation
