** Job Summary
** We are currently seeking an
** Inside Sales Representative
** to support our sales initiatives and enhance client relationships. In this role, you will engage with customers to promote products and services and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Drive sales by engaging new and existing customers.
* Educate clients on products and digital tools.
* Recommend solutions and qualify leads.
* Maintain customer records and update accounts.
* Train customers on ordering platforms.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
* Promote campaigns and introduce new products.
* Analyze data to support sales strategies.
* Maintain SOPs and Salesforce entries.
* Support order processing and inventory activities.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Education and Experience
*** University or College degree in business or similar field
* Sales Marketing or Technical Product Certification is preferred
* 3+ years of experience of inside sales
** Key Competencies
*** Strong customer focus and communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
* Experience with JDE and Salesforce is an asset
