We focus on fast execution, flexible solutions, and building long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral revenue.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a result driven Inside Sales & Client Success Coordinator to join the Coast Containers team. This is not a passive support role; it is a dynamic sales position where you will own the customer journey from inquiry to close. You will be responsible for converting leads, maximizing revenue through upselling, and managing a pipeline of residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Revenue Ownership
  • Maintain a high intensity focus on converting inbound inquiries (phone, email, chat) into closed sales.
  • Qualify prospects, uncover needs, and recommend appropriate container rental or purchase solutions.
  • Respond to leads instantly, track all opportunities, and ruthlessly follow up to maximize conversion rates.
  • Proactively follow up on open quotes and inactive leads to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain an accurate, well-managed sales pipeline in Zoho CRM.
  • Analyze customer needs to provide accurate quotes and upsell value-added services (moving supplies, premium container options, transport upgrades).
  • Proactively identify and pursue new commercial and residential sales opportunities to expand the client base.
KPI Accountability

Performance in this role will be measured against defined sales KPIs, including:

  • Conversion rate
  • Close velocity
  • Revenue targets

These metrics will guide daily priorities and ongoing performance discussions.

Account Management & Retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sale.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with logistics while retaining ownership of the customer relationship.
  • Address issues with a retention-focused, revenue-protective mindset.
  • Build repeat and referral business through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
Logistics & Sales Support
  • Coordinate dispatch and logistics to schedule deliveries, pickups, and relocations.
  • Communicate timelines, service details, and expectations clearly to customers.
  • Support operational execution to ensure sales commitments are delivered as promised.
Billing & Sales Administration
  • Prepare contracts, rental agreements, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain clean CRM records and ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Assist with payment follow-up on accounts tied to closed sales.
Business Development & Market Insight
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management to improve offerings and pricing.
  • Support marketing initiatives by rapidly following up on campaign-generated leads.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to drive additional rental and sales volume.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account growth management, or revenue-focused roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple opportunities and close deals consistently.
  • Experience in rentals, storage, logistics, transportation, or container sales is an asset.
  • Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication skills. You can articulate value propositions effectively.
  • CRM experience required (Zoho preferred).
  • Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable working in a performance- and KPI-driven environment.
  • Ability to balance sales execution with operational coordination.
  • Dispatch or scheduling system experience is an asset.
  • Fluent in English.
Work Details
  • Schedule:

    Tuesday to Saturday, 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Training:
    Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
  • Location:

    In-office, Woodbridge, ON
  • Employment Type:

    Full-Time
  • Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
