Responsibilities

Answering inbound sales calls

Managing prospects and following up on quote requests in a timely manner

Providing professional advice and exceptional service

Reviewing necessary underwriting reports to verify accuracy of quotes

Qualifications

Must be RIBO licensed

Must have one year of insurance sales experience

Must have one year of call centre experience

Must exude high energy, self-motivation and a relentless attitude

Exemplary balance between providing an exceptional client experience and achieving sales requirements

Must provide attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and superior time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Proficiency in Broker Management Systems (Compu Quote, SIG, Keal)

Ability to work weekday evenings and Saturdays
