Responsibilities:

  • Assume full ownership of the BDR team in the Canadian office, providing strategic oversight and managing day-to-day operations.
  • Foster close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product departments to drive revenue and execute growth strategies.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation, prospecting, and lead generation through multiple channels, including cold calling, outbound email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Articulate Wellness Living's value proposition effectively, generating excitement among potential clients and promoting product demonstrations.
  • Establish and monitor departmental targets and quotas, leveraging data analysis, market research, and industry trends.
  • Develop impactful prospecting and outreach strategies in consultation with sales leadership
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the sales journey.
  • Generate and analyze regular reports to identify trends, opportunities, and successes, providing comprehensive updates to sales leadership.
  • Mentor and support the professional development and growth of the BDR team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
