Position Summary

This role powers a high-velocity customer-growth engine inside a busy HVAC service environment where fast response, reliability, and repeat business drive success. It’s an on-site, high-energy position built for someone who thrives in a performance-driven setting, owns outcomes, and turns every customer interaction into long-term value. You’ll push acquisition, strengthen retention, and sharpen the sales engine in a sector where customer experience directly impacts revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own a recurring-revenue service program with full accountability for growth and performance

• Accelerate customer acquisition through bold outreach and targeted campaigns

• Identify friction in sales and operations and help streamline the customer journey

• Partner with internal teams to lift conversion rates and keep workflows tight

• Track performance metrics, analyze activity patterns, and surface insights that influence strategy

• Deliver crisp, confident communication that builds trust and keeps customers engaged

• Maintain clean, accurate CRM data to support forecasting and decision-making

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer-growth roles

• Strong communicator with a polished, confident phone presence

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities with independence and urgency

• Skilled with CRM platforms and sales-tracking tools

• Strong with data, reporting, and performance metrics

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience in HVAC or home services is an advantage, especially in customer-facing or program-driven roles

Compensation
