We are actively looking for an Account Executive to join our team.

What You'll Do
As an Account Executive
, you will be responsible for generating and growing business opportunities by:
  • Identifying and prospecting new clients through outbound calls, networking, and market research.
  • Presenting and promoting Mier Human Capital's recruitment services to decision-makers.
  • Conducting client meetings and presentations (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs.
  • Developing customized solutions and proposals to meet client workforce requirements.
  • Negotiating pricing and agreements to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of leads and opportunities to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless client delivery once accounts are secured.
  • What We're Looking For
    The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with:
  • + years of experience in BB sales
    , business development, or account management (professional services experience preferred).
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
