Carrier Sales - Freight

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established transportation company in Woodbridge, Ontario, seeking an experienced Freight Broker / Carrier Sales Representative to join their growing team.

This is a fully in-office role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced freight environment and knows how to build strong carrier relationships across Canada.

• Cold calling trucking companies across Canada to source capacity
• Booking full truckload (FTL) freight
• Negotiating rates with carriers
• Covering spot freight and securing reliable trucks
• Building and maintaining a strong carrier network
• Ensuring loads move efficiently from pickup to delivery

This is a true carrier sales role. You will be responsible for sourcing trucks, covering freight, and protecting margins.

• 2–5 years of experience working as a Freight Broker or Carrier Sales Rep in Canada
• Strong experience cold calling truckers and dispatchers
• Ability to work full-time in office in Woodbridge
