The Role

Lead, coach, and drive growth across one of the industry’s most important markets. We're looking for a dynamic District Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of sales representatives serving small and mid-market customers throughout the GTA and surrounding regions. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll spend time in the field coaching your team, supporting customer meetings, uncovering new opportunities, and accelerating market growth.

You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership, cross‑functional partners, and executive stakeholders to execute strategies that deliver results and elevate the customer experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals serving customers across the GTA and surrounding regions.
  • Drive sales growth by supporting customer engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market share.
  • Spend time in the field coaching your team, strengthening customer relationships, and helping close key opportunities.
  • Use data, insights, and CRM tools to guide decisions, improve performance, and drive results.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by partnering with marketing, customer care, and other business leaders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales business plans by meeting and exceeding district revenue and growth targets through effective coaching, pipeline management, and in‑field execution.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and winning.

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Professional maturity, coachability and a genuine receptiveness to constructive feedback.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading others in a sales environment.
  • A proven track record of building relationships, growing business, and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly throughout the GTA and surrounding regions.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.

  • You will earn a competitive base salary starting at $90,000 - $110,000.
