We are currently hiring new graduates for our full‑time Sales Development Program at our Concord Plumbing Profit Centre.

Our Sales Development Program is specifically designed for new and recent graduates eager to launch their careers and grow into a leadership position as an Account Manager. Over the course of the program, you will complete four phases that cover core areas of our business.
TheFour Phases
- Operations:
Learn the full cycle of our warehouse operations, including how product is received, stocked, picked and shipped to gain an understanding of how these processes impact our service commitment to customers. - Counter Sales:
Gain experience with customer inquiries and processing orders where you’ll apply your product knowledge in a customer‑facing role. - Inside Sales:
Gain insight into our quotations process and support customers through phone, email and the eCommerce platform. - Account Management:
Learn from industry experts how to tackle the market and hunt for new business while providing exceptional customer service to your account portfolio.
After completing the Sales Development Program, you’ll transition into an Account Manager role within Noble’s Ontario network—owning territory expansion, engaging directly with customers across regions and working cross‑departmentally to deliver growth and long‑term success.

Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 + Profit Sharing
Must Haves and Nice to Haves- Completion of a College Diploma, University Degree or Post‑Graduate Certificate—all disciplines of study will be considered.
- Demonstrated record of fostering positive relationships with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven analytical, influential and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility and self‑motivation.
- Willingness and ability to relocate within Ontario.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
