Sales and Operations Management Trainee

$26.25 per hour

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world‑class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced and dynamic workspace.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• A valid Class G driver's license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26‑foot box truck.
• Ability to travel to the US for training.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing or sales role preferred.
• Results‑oriented, detail‑focused, and good time‑management skills.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance mandatory.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the district, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, and submit to a reference check.

• Typical duties include reading, communicating verbally and/or in written form, analyzing information, and understanding instructions or guidelines.
• May be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs (12 kg).
• May require visual acuity for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
