Marea is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to engage directly with dental practices, DSOs, and specialty clinics. This role involves creating demand through outbound sales while leveraging your deep understanding of how dental offices operate. You'll play a crucial role in the sales team, helping Marea expand its footprint in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the entire sales cycle from discovery to closure
• Conduct tailored product demos addressing specific practice needs
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Collaborate with BDRs to enhance meeting quality and targeting
• Provide market insights and maintain accurate CRM activity
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in direct B2B sales experience
• Proven track record in the dental industry or related services
• Strong skills in outbound sales and demand creation
• Excellent communication and trust-building abilities
• Familiarity with practice management systems is a plus
