In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Sales and work alongside Customer Service Representatives to enhance business acquisition and existing sales throughput. Your responsibility includes driving customer engagement and resolving supply chain issues effectively. You will also be expected to maintain Salesforce for accurate tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with customers and manage daily tasks
• Drive sales through collaboration with brokers
• Address supply chain issues quickly
• Enhance profitability across assigned accounts
• Handle customer deductions and related challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum two years of relevant sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and planning abilities
