Enhance customer relationships as a Sales Representative, specializing in technical support and order processing. This role focuses on providing accurate quotes, answering inquiries, and fulfilling orders efficiently.
In this Sales Representative role, you will leverage your organizational and negotiation skills to respond to customer inquiries via calls, faxes, and emails. Your responsibilities include generating quotes, processing orders, and providing technical assistance. You will work closely with Outside Sales to implement stocking programs and manage customer inventories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries swiftly via multiple channels
• Generate and follow up on product quotes
• Provide technical assistance and process sales orders
• Monitor competitor products and prices regularly
• Implement and maintain firm metal agreements for clients
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail in evaluating customer orders
• Basic computer proficiency for order processing
